Abington YMCA Young Peoples Theatre Auditions

Calling all aspiring young actors and actresses!

Children in grades 5 to 12 are invited to audition for a role in the upcoming theatre production of "Hello Dolly". Auditions will be held on Saturday, September 11 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Grace Presbyterian Church in Jenkintown, with callbacks on Sunday, September 12 from 1 to 5 at Grace. If your child plans to audition for a lead role, they should be prepared to sing a song from the show.

There is a role for everyone. Rehearsals begin in September and the show will be performed on November 18, 19 and 20.

To God Be All the Glory... 2010 Great Gospelrama

The Abington YMCA is pleased to be part of this annual gathering of 13 local gospel choirs and singers raising their voices to praise God. The public is invited to enjoy the celebration as a vairiety of ministries come together to perform and raise money, in part, to benefit the Abington YMCA Achievers program.

Tickets are available in advance at the Abington YMCA or the Keswick Theatre, Easton Road and Keswick Avenue, Glenside for $16 ($18 at the door). Tickets for youth age 12 and under will be available at the Keswick on Sept. 12 at 4:00 PM for $10.
