Guest Policy and Fees
One Day Full Facility Use:
The YMCA provides free guest passes as a benefit to members and to encourage prospective members to join. YMCA full privilege members may have as many guest passes as they request. However, each individual guest is limited to 3 visits per year to the YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity. Each full privilege adult member may bring a maximum of 3 guests per visit. The YMCA recognizes that a best practice is to have a member accompany a guest, but does not require it. *Program members are entitled to participate in only the program for which they have registered. If they want full use of the facility they will be treated as a guest.
Non YMCA members must enter as a guest with a member, present a guest pass (or take a tour and receive a pass), or pay the guest fee to access the facility. Each guest must present valid photo identification upon entry. Guests under 18 must have a supervising adult in the facility during their visit. Guests must be over 18 to enter alone.
YMCA members under age 18 cannot be responsible for guests under age 18. An adult must accompany all underage guests into the facility and remain in the facility for the duration of their visit.
Guest prices: $10 for guests age 18 and over, $5 for guests age 17 and under.
