The YMCA health and wellness programs are developmentally appropriate and help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in YMCA programs offers youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities.
YMCA programs and services cut across diverse populations with diverse needs and attempt to take into account the total-health of each person. The YMCA provides a variety of health and wellness programs including exercise and water fitness classes for people and families of all ages, health and wellness seminars, educational classes, personalized training programs, non-competitive youth and adult sports leagues and social opportunities for seniors and families.

Ab Attack
This class utilizes various weight training equipment to strengthen your abs, back, chest shoulders, legs, hips, and arms.

Body Pump
This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.

Body Step
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the ZUMBA participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing ZUMBA participants to stick to the ZUMBA fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. ZUMBA is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

Boot Camp
Give your old workout routine the high intensity boost it has been looking for. With a combination of calisthenics, cardio, and strength, this class is a sure way to get the benefits of a personal trainer while building comradeship in a group environment!

Body Step
BODYSTEP is an atheletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, atheletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages!

Dance Aerobics
Dance inspired program that blends jazz, ballet, and modern dance. Class includes 15 minutes of toning.

Flex

Yoga
This class challenges the body and mind through strenthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. A gentle warm-up begins this class, easing into various postures with an emphasis on conscious breathing. Flexibility, strength, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. *** Please bring your own yoga mat if you have!
