Water Pilates
The Water Pilates class is designed for participants who work at a beginner or moderate level. This is an excellent workout for someone who is looking for new and exciting way to benefit from Pilates exercise, improve posture, build a strong core, and develop strength and flexibility in the comfort of water. An abs component and usage of noodles are integrated in the class.
